Coronavirus (Covid-19) Business updates for EAE.
In effort to comply with recommended social distancing, we are temporarily implementing new policies in regards to our service. This is not a decision we took lightly but as cases have developed around us, we feel it is the responsible response.
- We will not be entering inside homes to treat as part of a normal service. We will continue to provide thorough treatment of your exterior. (Some exceptions will apply)
- We have instructed our employees to not shake hands or to ask for signatures using their phone.
- If a termite or other home inspection is requested we will first ask if anyone in the home is currently been sick. If the answer is no we will perform the inspection as normal wearing proper PPE.
- If you normally make payments in person we recommend you use our customer portal or calling in to our office 480-593-5005.
Otherwise, we will continue to operate as normal with a few modifications. Because of our industry we have on hand PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Our technicians have always washed their hands with soap and water between each appointment. You will see them already in gloves and they have N95 masks available for use. We are increasing our sanitation protocols and PPE through this for everyone’s protection. Your technician is well protected for yours and their safety.
